Below are some important documents and links that members and ministry leaders may need from time to time:

CARE Web site - This Web site is used to coordinate all CARE Ministry work.  CARE volunteers must have a username and password to log in.  For more information, e-mail care@eternalchurch.net. 

Disbursement Request Form - Use this form to submit reimbursement requests for ministry expenses.  Remember, you should always get a purchase pre-approved by your ministry leader or a staff member to ensure reimbursement.  Please submit this form with documentation for the purchase (receipt) to the Eternal office.

Inside Eternal Web site - This Web site is used to coordinate rotational ministry schedules at Eternal.  It requires a username and password to log in.  If you would like to know more about how to utilize this resource for your ministry, please contact Bob Lee, the site administrator.

Online Giving - Use PayPal to give tithes and offerings online.

Small Group Guidelines - These are the guidelines for Small Groups at Eternal.  Small Group leaders should review the guidelines periodically within their groups. 

 

Background Check Form - All Compass Kids / Youth teachers and volunteers are required to have background checks.  Please print and complete this form and submit to your ministry leader.

Safe Training Manual - All Compass Kids / Youth teachers and volunteers are required to review this manual covering protocol for interaction with minors. 

Youth Event Release Form - All youth parents are to fill out this form prior to youth events.
